I highly recommend this item! If you’re looking for an Adirondack chair dupe, you found it. I purchased 4 for around our fire pit, and I am very satisfied with how chairs turned out after assembly. The directions made it easy to follow and construct. You will need a compact drill for assembly, but other than that all tools are included. This product is very comfortable to sit in and looks great in my backyard. And the price point was a great perk too!!

These are great chairs for the price. I bought 2 to try them out, there we lots of complaints about the assemble and it worried me. The instructions are necessary to put it together, you cant guess, everything goes together one way. After buying and using them for a couple of weeks, I ordered 4 more. I would strongly suggest using a drill with an adjustable torque control to assemble. The first one took me about 35-45 minutes to put together, now they take about 20-25 minutes each.

I was pleasantly and very surprised by the chair. I bought it because of the very reasonable price figuring that if it was a bust I wasn’t out several hundred dollars for an Adirondack chair. The chair is made of hemlock and the pieces were cut and milled very well. The instructions were very clear with illustrations so anyone who was handy in the least could follow them. The finished product, once I finished, was attractive and the folding feature works well. The chair is comfortable. All in all this was a winner all around. I ended up buying two more.

We are pleased with our chairs! We didn’t love the color so we just added a darker stain and seal combo over the top before assembling. It took about an hour to assemble the chair and was easy to do. These chairs are a tad smaller than a traditional Adirondack chair and we really like that because our deck space isn’t very big. I would recommend these chairs!

Put it together in less than 30 minutes. Very comfortable. I like the fold up picture so we can put it in the shed during inclement weather.

Nothing I do not like about these chairs they are perfect the price is perfect

I’m not mechanically inclined, but this was easy to put together. I also painted the chair before putting it together. It looks great and is very comfortable.

I researched before I bought these. I wanted something sturdy, comfortable and easy to put away when needed. The first one was more difficult to put together, but once you have a feel for it, they were quite simple. Lots of compliments, very nice, have recommended to friends, would buy again!

Much quicker to build with power drill ! Instructions very easy to follow and chairs are sturdy and good quality for the price . Took me and my husband about 45 mins( per chair) to assemble when using power drill

Bought for my son for his yard. He loves them.

A Christmas gift for a family member. I gave her two and she loves them. But these are not fold up chairs that arrive in a box. A good bit of assembly is required but they came together with almost no issues. Recommended!

I was a little surprised at how compact the shipping box was.All pieces were clearly marked as well as starter points.

Easy to assemble, actually pretty sturdy for the price, I coated with some Cabot outdoor stain and think they look pretty nice!

Nothing not to like about this chair. Perfect size for my small front porch. Comfortable and easy to assemble.

It takes two to assemble it unless you set aside half a day to finish it. It’s easy once you get the knack of it. (we bought two of them) I bought these chairs because I saw a review by an artist in New York who painted hers for her studio. I fell in love with the color scheme she used. And I am in the process of duplicating it to some degree. I am still not done with it but it’s getting there. This chair is sturdy and solid. It folds up for winter storage. I have since seen these chairs already assembled at various stores where we live for three times the cost of this one. I’m a happy camper.

Can not say enough about these. Was nervous about the quality and sturdiness. But they exceeded my expectations. Love them for our beach house. Light weight to carry

Easy to assemble with electric drill and 2 people. Very comfortable angle. Easy to sit and easy to get up for 2 of us over age 70. Great value. My husband prefers this to the super expensive ones we got from a fancy store.

This is a great chair once you have it all put together, but you need time and patience for the assembly. Opened the box to what looked like a stack of fire wood.
Amazon Customer –
Once assembled, this is a great chair. Make sure to use a drill and not a screwdriver. You are delivered all of the slats but nothing pre-assembled. The directions are good, the packing was great…as is the finished product.

They are a little smaller than the average size and do come in pieces. That being said, I needed them for a smaller space so they work great. It took my husband about 2 hours to put both together. The second went much faster than the first. They are rough in a few spots but we painted them white to match our shutters, so they have the potential to be really great looking and comfortable chairs especially for the price.

Have assembled probably hundreds of units and am experienced but when pieces are not well marked and instructions so so and can be quite the project. There are many pieces so beware it is not assembled!! However, once together it does collapse for portability and is comfy to sit in. Materials used are also quite good

I got 4 of these chairs and they are beautiful and conformable. Took more time to assemble the first one, but the 3 remaining it was easy with the learnings from the first chair.

We all know the outrageous prices charged for adirondack chairs, so when I saw these, I bought 2. They are easy to assemble and they look terrific. You could sand it a bit and then treat with a clear coat or paint it. We found really comfy cushions at the company store so we are set! Love these! Love the price!

Used them for out around fire pit

took 2 people and electric screwdriver and after 50 minutes 1 was ready. 4 more to go 🙂

One of the best purchases I’ve made recently. Assembly was much easier than I anticipated; I am horrible with written instructions. But this project went quite smoothly. The chair is sturdy. And, I love being the guy that shows up at cookouts with his own Adirondack chair. Everything about this is fun!

I purchased 13 of these units I’m hoping they’ll survive renters tough use. There were plenty of nuts and bolts and extras screws. I recommend applying glue to the arm rest, front support, on the front legs and all slats…

All of the pieces were clearly marked and matched the assembly instructions. This is not a quick chair to assemble, you must carefully read and follow the instructions. You are basically assembling three separate sections into one complete chair.I primed and painted all parts with good quality exterior paint and fully expect this chair to look good and last many years. The list of tools required for assembly is accurate.I recommend this chair to my friends and will probably buy another.

These are great quality for the price! I honestly was expecting much less for what I paid. Some of the holes weren’t perfectly aligned, which made assembly tricky at times. I bought 3 for around our fire pit, and they have held up well. I did stain them before assembly, which I highly recommend!!

Very comfortable and look good. They take a while to assemble, but the instructions could not be better. So easy to follow. Lots of pieces may make you think it will be difficult, but it is not. It just takes a while. In my case, about an hour to do one chair.

Purchased 4 to put around our fire pit. Instructions easy to understand however, wrench included with hardware is useless. Assembly was faster with each chair and last one did take only about 45 minutes.

I sent these as a housewarming gift for a new house. They absolutely loved them and love that they fold so they are easy to store when not set up.

1st.. best written instructions I have seen.2nd..Easily assembled and everything labeled with part number3rd.. Very good design for sturdiness combined with ability to fold.4th..Best value I’ve seen for the dollar by far
Walter Wright –
Quite a task to assemble but worth the time. Quality and beauty. Also good value.
Daniel Conway –
easy to follow directions. well marked insertion points for screws minimal tolerance design makes assembly almost foolproof. I bought several. After assembling the first one each subsequent assembly was progressively easier. folds for transport and storage
Amanda Hammond –
So far these chairs are just what I was looking for! I started out with just a screwdriver, I DO NOT recommend! You’ll be there all day. Go for the drill. I may apply a sealant on them for the rain but other than that they are great! They do take time to put together, after the first one you begin to get the hang of it and fly through them.
Amazon Customer –
When I inquired as to whether or not the chairs could be out in the elements, they couldn’t quite answer.Apparently the chairs are stained but not treated. So I will put a coat of polyurethane on them to be able to keep them outside.

I bought this as a gift for my father. My husband put it together in about 30 minutes. It is raw natural wood. So i would recommend staining it and poly it before leaving it out in the elements. My father stained his and put a couple coats of poly on it. He loves it.

Better than expected. Get complements on them all the time. I did stain them though. Naked wood. Look even better once done

Very nice Adirondack chair. Liked the natural wood so just sealed it.

This is a beautiful chair. It was easy to assemble, we did seal it before we put it together. Our only complaint would be no one close to 300 lbs could fit their butt in that chair.

These Adirondack chairs were fairly easy to assemble and felt sturdy enough for prolonged use. If you’re old like me, get a good cushion so you won’t need to do a combat roll to get out of it.

I am amazed how nice these chairs are. I assembled them myself and though not fun it was not difficult and worth the MASSIVE savings compared to others I was looking at costing triple what these cost for one chair! They are beautiful and comfortable. No idea how they will fare outside but time will tell.

Absolutely brilliant product, and I would happily buy it again. I have it a two for easiness to assemble only because of the initial back rest and all the beams… it’s not simple. However, once you get past that, it’s a piece of cake. My suggestion would be to buy a sealant while you’re at it. You can’t beat the price of this buy, but it’s missing some things (like the wood being sealed) because of it.
Anjelica Locke –
Assemble is fairly simple however It’s recommended that you use a power drill, I’d say it’s more than a recommendation. I’d say it’s nearly a necessity if you want to finish the chair in a reasonable amount of time. All of the holes are pre-drilled which saved me a lot of anxiety about wood splitting. It seems good quality especially for the price! We will see if it holds up. I also recommend a ratchet of some sort as it’s so much faster to tighten the bolts!
ms. griffin –
I assembled it in about an hour. I’m a handy woman but not as experienced as most so I think the instructions were pretty easy. Some of the holes didn’t line up or make sense but it all worked out in the end

I ordered these for a new cabin I purchased- there is a stream on the property and dozens of great spots to sit and relax. I love the look and comfort of adirondack chairs, but they are usually so heavy. Plastic is not an option for me ever. So I took a chance on these. A bit tricky to put together, just time consuming mostly – but they are really great. Sturdy, fold easily, lightweight If you can lay all the parts out it makes the assembly go quicker. I ordered two more after loving the first four I purchased.

Once all parts were identified, and must use a powered drill, it was very satisfying and once I sat in it, I was so so pleased. The look, fit, feel is there and yet you can FOLD it TOO!!! LOVE THIS ITEM…definite buy and do if you are up to a small project with a great deal of reward.

The two Adirondack Chairs that we purchased are very attractive with very nice honey colored satin finish and are very comfortable. The fact that they fold make them easy to store. They are wonderful addition to our patio.
Ariana Russo –
We couldn’t find any Adirondacks that weren’t over $50 in our area. So these were our next best choice. They turned out to be the best one. They took a little doing, but after we assembled them, they are wonderful. They fold down well so you can pack them up in the car. They’re so comfortable as well. We didn’t put any cushions on ours, and the chairs don’t really need it. The incline is perfect and the wood isn’t scratchy. Just be prepared to spend about 2 hours assembling them. They come in a bunch of different, small pieces. It was worth it though! Great Adirondacks for a great price.

We bought two of these and were so happy to find that the assembly was quick and easy. We sanded each piece, assembled, and then polyurethaned. They’re nice and sturdy and comfortable. We’re very pleased.

I purchased four of these chairs for the area around my fire pit. Easy to assemble (a drill is recommended; not necessary – a Phillips screw driver will do). Look great.
